Title: Business Analyst

Location: Houston, TX 77002

Schedule: Hybrid

Duration: 6 month CTH

Day to Day Responsbilities:

• Supporting projects; systems, processes
• Working with business/residential teams; Call center, Legal/regulatory, Relations team, Remittance group, Credit, IT, Marketing, etc.
• Partner with internal teams on a weekly basis to write change requests
• Partner with internal agents to assist with their training efforts
• Working with internal knowledge bases;
• Finding processes, integrated documents, etc.
• Partner with the technical writers
• Writing business requirements (scope, requirements, wire frames, etc.)
• User acceptance test scenarios and testing

Must Have:

• 1-2 years of experience as a BA
• Experience in writing “change” communications, processing documents, gathering business requirements and performing testing.
• Good communication skills
• Experience with MS Suite; Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
