Position: Analytics Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support Analytics and proactively seek ways to improve processes
  • Perform moderately complex operational support tasks
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with client personnel on a range of information
  • Lead assigner for Merchant Services
  • Assign leads through Boarding Through Dynamics (BTD)
  • Assign leads to the correct sales teams/agents

Must Have

  • 2+ years of administrative or reporting support experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
