Targeted Years of Experience: 3+ years in RF Design

Day to Day:

Create polygons for small cell clusters and search rings for macro solutions based on provided capacity or modification lists
Review designs with system performance and update Atoll with any requested changes
Work with Real Estate to prioritize candidates and attend site walks to finalize details
Complete tasks in Fuze under Candidate Selection and RFDS Selection
Ensure compliance with regulatory submissions and E911 requirements
Assign Cell ID and PCIs for macro/small cells and enter in Atoll
Work with performance team to understand design restrictions
Activate sites in all necessary tools and update site information as needed
Collaborate with project management, construction, and real estate teams to resolve any issues or questions

Must have:
Atoll experience
Must know how to create new sites, copy old sites, and add carriers. Understand the differences in the tables.
RF design experience in Macro Mods, Initial Builds for Small Cells and Macros.
C-Band design experience.
Must have a good understanding in FCC compliance standards and follow our steps in staying compliant will all RF designs and regulatory submissions.

Desired skills:
Highly recommended to have some experience with tools: Fuze SPM, Conquest for the RF portion of the CQ, Fuze Planning/Canvas, and Fuze Reporting.
IXUS RF Safety Software or other EME reporting tools.
MapInfo or ArcGIS mapping tools for presentations.
Understanding of 5G C-Band spectrum

Education:
BS Degree or equivalent work experience in RF Engineering.
