About the Role:

  • We are seeking a competent individual to join our team as a CR1 Dispatcher.
  • The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phones for both public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones for public and internal customers
  • Documenting and dispatching work requests
  • Monitoring environmental alarms
  • Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters 
  • Participating in special projects to support the department
  • Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements and efficiencies

Education Qualification:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution
  • Excellent customer service skillsExperience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred
  • Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred
