About the Role:

• We are looking for an Application Lead with expertise in React JS, Angular, and Java to join our team in Columbus.
• As the Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications while serving as the primary point of contact.
• This role will require strong leadership skills, collaboration with multiple teams, and the ability to provide innovative solutions for application design and configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in developing innovative solutions for application design and configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application development
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science
