Job Title : Change Manager

Location : Charlotte,NC

Job Description : 

Day to day Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges
• Contribute to the resolution of issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution
• Support Change Managers and Sr. Manager with E2E Change Management Activities
• Daily review of new requests, weekly/monthly communications, taking and documenting minutes, scheduling review sessions, building presentations, report tracking, change prioritization, and capacity management

Must Haves:

• Solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex issues
• Experience in change management activities
• Proficiency in building presentations and tracking reports
