Title: UI/UX Designer

Must Haves:

  • Previous BFSI or fintech experience in the UI space
  • Strong portfolio features
  • Figma / Sketch 
  • Conversational knowledge of Web development basics (HTML / CSS) 
  • Preferred junior level of experience (3-6 years) does not want senior 

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and building web and mobile experiences.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an outcome-focused, well-defined design process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Conversational knowledge of basic web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proven expertise in generative research and creating solutions driven by strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing inclusive, accessible experiences that comply with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience working with integrated content management solutions.
  • Strong team player with exceptional empathy and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
