Title: Service Center Coordinator

Location: Lakewood, CA, 90712

Role: 100% Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range: $20 - $22

Responsibilities:

Perform shipping/receiving of domestic/international equipment and maintain accurate logs
Create and update work tickets using the main application for task management
Coordinate with shipping vendors and handle procurement activities for parts and equipment
Track inventory using the Costpoint system and assist with yearly inventory audits
Coordinate repairs and calibrations with vendors for test equipment
Assist in tracking tasks, documenting costs for billing, and ensuring smooth operations of the service center
Process bills for payment, greet customers, answer telephones, and handle mail sorting
Prepare office correspondence, maintain project folders, and utilize MS Office software for data organization and reporting

Education Qualification:

Required Skills:

3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Experience in handling administrative tasks in a corporate setting
