  • Provide clerical and data entry support requiring hospitalization and/or utilization review.
  • Verify member eligibility and benefits, determine provider contracting status, assign billing codes, and verify inpatient hospital census-admits and discharges.
  • Respond to authorization requests for services submitted via phone, fax, and mail within operational timeframes.
