Top Technology Client looking for Technical Support Engineer in San Diego, CA

Position: Technical Support Engineer 

Location: San Diego, CA 92121 (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 12+ months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Range: $40 - 45/hr

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for partners and customers.
  • Integrate API and upgrades / Application performance monitoring 
  • Read Debug JAVA/JavaScript code as partner run any business rules or workflows using the platform for any issues occurrence TSE will be reading the code and need to understand logic to troubleshoot. 
  • Responsible for performing Case triaging based on their priority (P1,P2..) 
  • Should understand Authentication (how are tokens sent, review error codes received and how you resolve them) 

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate Java or JavaScript - Troubleshooting backend workflows or debugging instances.
  • SQL/MYSQL/PostgreSQL - Writing Queries and Database support experience.
  • Rest API Integration experience
  • Good Communication - as Customer Satisfaction is the key for this role.
  • Any Ticketing tool experience
  • Linux Experience
  • Should be Adaptive to work in the fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree will be helpful
