Job Description: 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and publish business level procedures.
  • Review and update existing business level procedures.
  • Pay close attention to detail when translating process flows into procedures.
  • Be proactive in asking questions for guidance and clarity.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, leadership, and subject matter experts.
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience of Procedure writing (open to technical writer with procedure writing background)
  • Experience using Open Text Tool
  • Experience with IGraphics and Visio
  • Translating process models into requirements
  • Legal, technical, and/or financial writing terminology or professional writing for a bank or financial institution
  • Soft skills are very important: can take feedback and direction and willing to ask questions, process engineer and asking questions, very responsive, able to build relationships- they may be to work with "interview" a stake holder to gain info to include in procedures
