JOB DESCRIPTION

Day To Day Responsbilities:

• Accountable for the conversion of product requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being created
• Establish and implement company-wide practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and naming
• Define a framework for collaboration with third party Salesforce integrators
• Own full end to end DevOps processes, continuously improving and monitoring through KPIS (DORA metrics)
• Draft, assess, review, and sign off on all solution architecture designs
• Make recommendations on data integration strategy, platform evolution, infrastructure, and tooling selection to optimize user experience
• Work as part of an agile and waterfall mixed product development team responsible for the timely execution of assigned tasks, and leverage experience to promote process improvement
• Understand and apply application architecture standards, policies and procedures

• Monitor and approve configuration, solution architecture, development and quality assurance aspects of the features
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce product roadmap and monitor for applicability
• Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote the best of breed culture in application development

Must Have:

• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (B2B and/or B2C) or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent implementation expertise
• Development experience including Saleforce Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC and async javascript. Proficient in programming Flows, Apex triggers and Platform Events.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce standard Service/Sales Cloud data model; and ability to construct custom data model and processes in Salesforce to implement business requirements.
• Minimum 12 years working in Salesforce with strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture 
• Data Architecture within Salesforce Experience -understanding of Meta Data/Bulk API 
• Experience with DevOps tools including: Flosum
• Experience working in Complex Multi-cloud environments including: Sales/Service, Marketing, Manufacturing, Revenue, Data Clouds
• Experience with deployment of large code packages 
• Experience in data integration design and architecting with REST API using JSON and SOAP API using XML

• Order Management System experience
