Job Description:

Mission:

  • The Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Global Specialty Recruiting team.
  • This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements.
  • Our client highly values the candidate’s experience, and the RC for the Global Specialty Recruiting team will have an immediate impact on the experience of our most senior candidates.
  • This person will be the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • This role will influence candidate and client experience by:
  • Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high-quality work, and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to the start date
  • Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience at Client by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
  • Entering and tracking candidate information in client database and ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up, and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables

Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting coordinator experience
  • This position requires experience supporting senior management/executives in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
  • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
