About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Training Facilitator to deliver virtual instructor-led and instructor-
  • led training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • The Training Facilitator will play a key role in developing training content, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining training materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led and instructor-led training sessions using adult learning principles to engage learners and drive behavioral change
  • Utilize business trends and post-learning evaluations to enhance training content and delivery 
  • Collaborate with coordinators to schedule training courses 
  • Assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff and may lead a team of matrixed resources

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
