Responsibilities:

  • Process enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets
  • Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Process 100% of assigned applications daily and meet minimum daily quotas
  • Validate provider-submitted enrollment information to ensure minimum standards are met
  • Send deficiency letters to notify providers of incomplete applications


Required Skills:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience in processing enrollment applications in Healthcare
  • Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet daily quotas and deadlines
