Pay Range: $52/Hr to $56/Hr 
 
About the Role:
Are you a technical problem-solver with a passion for ensuring the stability of critical applications? We’re looking for a Production Support Analyst to provide top-notch application support for trading and order entry platforms within our Global Wealth and Investment Management business line. You’ll play a crucial role in proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving our application environment.
 
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years in financial application support, especially within banking or investment platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Splunk and/or Dynatrace experience for monitoring and log analysis.
    • Server Administration skills in UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.
    • Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cockroach, and Redis.
    • Experience with Remedy and JIRA for issue tracking and documentation.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate issues and resolutions effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
