Title: End User Support Specialist I
Location: Puyallup, WA 98372
Travel: 60%+ - will be supporting 13 different sites
Schedule: Fully onsite
Duration: 6 month CTH
 
Day-to-day:
  • Travel to different sites and support about 130-140 users
  • Resolving urgent tickets using ServiceNow (~20 tickets a week)
  • Onboard new users (at least 2 per month)
    • Licensing, system checks, etc.
  • Checking in with leadership to ensure user satisfaction
    • Leaders; district president, regional manager, site leads, etc.
  • Displaying customer service skills
 
Must-haves:
  • 2 years of experience providing tier 1/tier 2 support (okay with one year- especially if a strong organization and tenured)
  • Strong technical background
  • Customer service oriented
  • Positive attitude that is eager to work
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Bomgar, AD, SCCM, Delinea, any MDM softwares
  • MS Shop; O365, Teams, etc.
  • Education is not required
