About the Role:

We are seeking a Training Management Specialist to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing training content for a global audience, enabling key communications, supporting the design and delivery of training programs, and managing resistance to change at an organizational level.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage training content for a global audience in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil)
Review and edit content developed by team members
Enable key communications through various channels
Support the design and delivery of training programs
Identify and manage resistance to change, creating actionable deliverables
Evaluate user readiness, track issues, define success metrics, and monitor change progress
Support change management among global cross-functional teams
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to address communication milestones and training topics.
