Responsibilities:•Process enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets•Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns•Process 100% of assigned applications daily and meet minimum daily quotas•Validate provider submitted enrollment information to ensure minimum standards are met•Send deficiency letters to notify providers of incomplete applicationsEducation Qualification:•High school degree or GED required•2 years of college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience
