Job title: Support Engineer III
Job location: Redmond, WA
Job duration: 9 months (contract) (Possibility of Extension/Conversion) 
Pay Range: 30-34$/Hr
 
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing for the aerospace industry. 
• Experience with PCBA rework, including hand soldering of electronic components and reading schematics 
• Experience with common electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, etc.) 
• Proven track record of delivering results on time. 
• Experience supporting the development of space based systems. 
• Experience working in aerospace manufacturing. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to review and develop written instructions, document work performed, and follow up with engineers and management as needed. 
 
Degree or certificate in related field:
• Current or recently expired certification in IPC soldering standards including 7711/7721, J-STD, and J-STD Space Applications. 
 

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

  • 7711/7721, J-STD, and J-STD Space Applications

  • PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication 

  • ?Preference for  aerospace manufacturing
