Job Description: 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process payments/Debt collections
• Payments come in via mail/wire/journal transfers.
• Must break down and organize into spreadsheet,
• Then data shared with cash management group. Payments need to be processed accurately and timely.
• Debt collections:
• Submit files, Work with court, discovery conversation with FAs, handle remediation/hearing.
• Long list of arbitrary cases, lot of phone contact and written communication

MUST HAVES:

• Strong communication (professionally, verbal/written, legally)
• Advanced in Office Suite in Word/Excel/Macros/V-lookup/Pivot Tables
• Payment processing
• Work with Legal partners/Sales Teams
• Experience in collection of debts (4+ years)
• Highter caliber (millions of dollars)
• Paralegal is a MUST – Communication directly to FA or FA Attorney.
• Must understand FINRA
• Understand how process works: How to submit files, work with court, discovery conversation, remediation, hearing.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, self-starter and organized
  Analytical/Research background
