About the Role:  
We are looking for a TDM Network Researcher to join our team. The role will involve finding and correcting data errors within the Client’s provisioning systems that lead to the underutilization of the TDM DS3 Access Network. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to make logical decisions, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Responsibilities:  

• Identify and correct data errors within the Client’s provisioning systems. 

• Collaborate with provisioning and service delivery teams to rectify errors. 
• Work towards optimizing the TDM DS3 Access Network utilization  

Required Skills:  

• Detail-oriented with good decision-making abilities 

• Ability to work independently and in a team to solve complex data integrity issues 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and G Suite and  Workspace 

• Working knowledge of provisioning systems such as, COMS, F&E, TCOMs, BGW, VRD, eASR, and CAMEO 

• Previous experience in Provisioning or Network Engineering 

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills  

• Note: This is a standard 8-hour workday position with a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence once a month on the fourth Thursday, subject to change.
