Title: Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Required skills:

Respond to and resolve Service Desk escalations based on outcome of previous incidents.
Create/document procedures for work orders and request-based tasks.
Respond to and resolve identified technical incidents requiring problem-solving; analyze and isolate the issues Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
Solid working experience with the following technologies:
Broadcom Automic job scheduler or similar products such as Broadcom Autosys, BMC Control-M, Forta JAMS, Redwood ActiveBatch.
Helpful experience in the following technologies:
Windows and Linux (Red Hat) Operating Systems
Oracle and SQL Database Management Systems
Cloud technologies, such as Azure Cloud/DevOps
Experience with monitoring, backups, and scheduling batch jobs in a Production environment.
Coordinating and maintaining several environments (Prod, Cert, Dev).
