Job Description:

  • Seeking candidates with Syndtrak (or DebtDomain/Intralinks). Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities:

  • Review loan documents, draft NDAs, and support Loan Sales/Trading teams
  • Train staff on procedures and oversee process adherence
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain virtual data sites for loan documentation
  • Manage record retention and participate in new projects

Required Skills:

  • Strong client focus, communication, and MS Outlook proficiency
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and escalate when needed
  • Knowledge of operational risk
  • Innovative and adaptable, with a commitment to diversity and client needs
