Must Haves: 
  • Top 3 skills: Following and updating documentation, Basic network diagnosis skills, Experience with Service Now and Jira mid-level switch engineer (4-5 years) 
  • Experience and knowledge of Switches  
  • Experience with the visual configuration of a CRT session to understand things like V Lan 20 or if a mac address is connected or not 
  • Someone with great interactive and personal skills  
  • Someone who is levelheaded and can handle chaos  
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Desired experience in the following technologies: Schneider UPS, DNS, DHCP, Arista Switches, Linux Servers, NTP, Rhombus Camera, Confluence, Service Now, Jira, Written and verbal skills Remote Administration
