About the Role:

• We are looking to fill the position of SMA Performance Reconciliation in the Retail-USWA-SMA Solutions-Active Ops department.
• This role will involve reviewing and actioning securities in an account, performing system functions, and conducting quality checks to ensure account performance accuracy.

Responsibilities: -

• Review and action securities in an account
• Perform system functions to deliver securities 
• Conduct independent quality checks
• Confirm account positions and holdings
• Collaborate with team members to manage dynamic priorities

Education Qualification: -

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, etc.

Required Skills: -

• Reconciliation
• Fund Accounting
• Back Office experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to manage and scrub large data sets
• Experience with SMA accounts and operations
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Additional Skills:
• Accounting
• Finance - APL
• Business Management Languages: - English (Read, Write, Speak)
