The Product Owner for Global Web Operations will manage the day-to-day operations of the client’s global public web properties in close partnership with global marketing teams. Responsibilities include platform readiness, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and the delivery of digital content and campaigns.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of global public web properties as a partner to global marketing teams.
  • Execute platform readiness activities, resolve issues, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Deliver digital content and campaigns in line with global marketing goals.
Required Knowledge:
  • High proficiency in CMS (WordPress as a Service), project management, and daily use of workflow/task management (JIRA).
Must-have Skills:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with WordPress, Product Ownership (CSPO certification), financial industry experience, and technical solutioning
