Job Opportunity for Treasury/Onboarding Management in Charlotte, NC!!!

• Position: Business Execution Consultant

• Location: 550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC, 28202
• Shift: Monday - Friday

• Actively participate in project work related to Treasury Clearing, managing project deadlines and providing progress updates.
• Manage the pipeline of clients being onboarded, establish priorities, and provide regular status updates to Sales, clients, the Negotiation Team, and Operations.
• Assist in designing and implementing an enhanced onboarding process, including checklists, milestone tracking, and documenting procedures.
• Submit requests for all account opening and new client onboarding requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, clients, or third-party advisors to collect relevant agreements and documents for hand-off to Operations, Credit, and Negotiation teams.
• Serve as a central point of contact for onboarding matters, setting priorities, driving execution, providing client documents, addressing client set-up questions, and tracking and reporting on status.
• Coordinate with the Negotiation Team to ensure necessary documentation is in place.
• Work with Operations to ensure timely account opening.
• Ensure platform mappings are completed by working with the client and the desk.
   

• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
• Project Management/Financial Services experience, particularly in Treasury Clearing and Repo.
• Familiarity with Client Onboarding and Data Management.
