About the Role:

  • The Senior Recruiter role involves providing strategic recruiting support and consultation to specific service lines.
  • The role focuses on driving strategic recruitment and sourcing of high volume and niche positions, acting as a key recruiting talent partner for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface and provide recruiting support and consultation to hiring groups as a full life cycle Recruiter and Talent Advisor
  • Manage requisition management, hiring manager intake/SLA, pipeline development, pre-screen and phone screen, scheduling interviews, managing hiring manager applicant debrief sessions, extending offers and dispositioning all applicants
  • Drive specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volumes and slate/pipeline development
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research
  • Build talent communities through various channels such as Social Media
  • Research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Develop influential relationships with client groups to integrate recruitment into the business unit and understand their business needs
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and high recruitment standards
  • Propose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the organization
  • Serve as a mentor to Recruiters and Coordinators

Education Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
