DayToDay:

  • Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Daily Standup/Scrum Ceremonies
  • Work with PO and Engineering Managers
  • Coach the team, work with Team, needs to very upfront in getting the job done.

Must Have:

  • Senior level Scrum or Agile coach with experience in Data Center, Mainframe, and/or BCDR
  • A strong  Agile mindset who can lean in when necessary to drive Agility and guide the team on principles 
  • Previously worked in an Agile environment
  • Strong Communication skills as they are working with a team of 8-10 people
