About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the organization's data remains protected from inappropriate access, disclosure, and/or damage. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to a team of cybersecurity specialists personnel
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to assess, monitor, and manage risks
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential risks to the organization 
  • Test and report on new technologies to address security concerns Support compliance/risk management efforts in support of NIST, FedRAMP, and HIPAA

Education Qualification:

  • College Degree in an Information Security or Technology related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience

Required Skills:

  • High level of expertise in information security concepts, policies, and system architecture
  • Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping
  • In-depth understanding of networking, operating systems, security technologies, authentication technologies, encryption key management, and mobile device technologies
  • Knowledge of vulnerability assessments, privacy assessments, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, and governance.
