About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and implementing multiple applications.
This role involves working closely with end-users, project stakeholders, and project managers to define system scope and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and implementing multiple applications
Perform and lead detailed technical design, coding, code review, and testing of new applications and enhancements
Serve as a subject matter expert for specified systems and their applications
Identify gaps in requirements and solve problems for supporting staff
Support the Project Manager as the technical team lead on the project
Lead software design and development teams - Manage technical resources and lead transformation initiatives to new software architectures
Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices
Mentor junior developers
