Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in backend development to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding experience, is able to adapt quickly to new technologies, and has a basic understanding of capital markets.
Experience with NoSQL databases is required, and familiarity with Quartz is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy backend solutions using Python that align with business needs and technical specifications.
Collaborate with front-end and other backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications to maximize speed and scalability.
Work closely with team members to understand project requirements, contribute to technical designs, and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as necessary.
Engage in continuous learning to keep skills current and relevant to industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Python Proficiency: 7 to 10 years of experience in Python, with strong hands-on coding capabilities in backend development.
Backend Development: Demonstrable experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining backend systems.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and contribute effectively to projects.
Basic Capital Market Knowledge: Familiarity with capital markets and financial products.
NoSQL Database Knowledge: Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar.
