Pay Range : $45- $50/hour 

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Program CNC parts using NX or MasterCam CAD/CAM/CAE software.
• Vericut NC files and maintain revision control on programs and setup sheets.
• Adjust speed and feed parameters for carbide tools to optimize tool life.
• Perform machine setup and operation, ensuring productivity and production goals are met.
• Monitor production progress and alert management of any issues or delays.
• Suggest drawing changes for improved manufacturability.
• Create or machine fixture tooling per process sheet instructions.

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience, including proficiency with NX.
• Experience programming graphite electrodes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work 1st shift, with availability for overtime and weekends as required.
