  • 8+ years of Call Center Experience
  • Voice engineer
  • Strong knowledge of ACM, CMS, Session Manager
  • Communication Manager is a must
  • Knowledge of CTI, LAN/WAN, and switches and routers
  • SIP understanding
  • Proficiency with Aspect, NICE voice recording, IVR, dialers, and VoIP IVR & Broadsoft
  • SIP school certification is preferred
