Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for internal employees via voice and chat channels.
  • Collaborate with regional and international partners to deliver excellent client care.
  • Manage multiple live chats simultaneously while meeting operational and quality metrics.
  • Document tickets clearly for escalation to second-line teams as needed.
  • Participate in technical training and seek real-time support from peers and subject matter experts.

Must Haves:

  • Excellent client care and customer service abilities.
  • Proven multitasking skills and attention to all areas of responsibility.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding customer service and call/chat handling targets.
  • Proficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hardware support (Windows 10/11).
  • Familiarity with software tools including MSO suite, Office 365, and Share-Point.
  • Understanding of network tools and connectivity, including VPNs.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy).
