What You Bring:

• Extensive PBX/ACD programming experience on ACM
• Strong knowledge of IVR, call flows, vectors, adjunct routing, system architecture, design principles, and implementation
• Hands-on knowledge of ACM, Session Manager, CMS 
• Experience with QoS configurations, jitter, diagnosing and tuning QoS, and bandwidth analysis 
• Knowledge of CTI, LAN/WAN communications, switches, routers, SIP, RTP/RTCP, H.323 codecs 
• Experience in configuration and support in a complex multi-layered network environment
