Day to Day:
  • Primarily product development, with a huge emphasis on designing HVAC/air conditioning. There is a lot of product development and technical support. 
  • Providing guidance and leadership to help build a strong team culture and ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout development.
Must Haves:
  • Experience with CAD software
  • HVAC Design experience [NON NEOGIATABLE]
  • Electrical mechanical design and understanding of wiring diagram 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and design elements into the air conditioning products, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and production departments.
Plusses:
  • Experience with heat and heat design
  • Project management experience
  • Someone strong-minded
