About the Role:

• We are looking for a Communications Specialist to develop and implement a robust communications plan aligned with Lean Office strategy and culture.
• The ideal candidate will effectively engage employees to deliver breakthrough results by producing cutting-edge communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Review benchmark data and best practices to develop communication strategies
• Assist in creating surveys to measure meeting and communication effectiveness
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to understand changes and their impact on the audience
• Drive communication strategy through various channels such as email, print, video, social media, and site/field visits
• Develop internal and external materials for leadership meetings, town halls, presentations, blogs, videos, and more
• Design communication materials for executive and coworker stakeholders including emails, posters, infographics, presentations, and training materials
• Create executive-level presentations to communicate process optimization work and business impact
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and content, adjusting approaches when needed
• Manage standard communications on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Translate ideas, customer feedback, and business requirements into design flows and user interfaces
• Advocate for end users by conducting user research, crafting designs, and performing user task analysis

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field

Required Skills:

• Graphic design knowledge and understanding (Adobe Creative Suite)  Experience in executive communication and culture strategies
• Ability to think creatively and translate complex ideas into easily understandable concepts 
• Understanding of change management strategies and techniques  Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft stories and produce visuals
