DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Proactive Risk Monitoring: Regularly review technology projects and initiatives, analyze risk assessments, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with technology teams, facilitate discussions, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, monitor regulatory changes, and conduct audits and reviews.
• Issue Resolution and Follow-up: Identify and escalate risks, track issue resolution, and conduct regular follow-up meetings.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and support to technology teams, helping them balance innovation with risk management.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience with technology risk & compliance (1st line) 
• Needs to have experience with identification, documentation, debate, and escalation of risk.
• Understanding of Global Records Management, Business Continuity and Recovery, Information Security, Application Management, and Change Management programs, principles and application in a technology setting-- will be working heavily with these groups at the bank
• Multitasking: you will be meeting with various groups and need to be able to seamlessly move from one to another simultaneously 
• Great communication skills: you will be working with different teams regularly 
• Example of job titles: Risk Officers, Technology/ Delivery Lead, Application management who has Access management, BA for risk and PM for risk but has to be hands on
