JOB DESCRIPTION

Day to Day

Primarily product development, huge emphasis on designing air conditioning. Lots of product development and both product and technical support.
Providing guidance and leadership to help build a strong team culture and ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the development process.

MUST HAVES

Experience with CAD software
AC experience [NON NEOGIATABLE]
Electrical mechanical design and understand wiring diagram
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and design elements into the air conditioning products, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and production departments.
