Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Risk Analyst with expertise in technology risk and compliance to join our dynamic team supporting one of the leading banking institutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in proactive risk identification, mitigation, and management within a fast-paced technology environment. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance, issue resolution, and strategic risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactive Risk Monitoring:

• Conduct regular reviews of technology projects and initiatives to identify potential risks.
• Perform detailed risk assessments and analyze industry trends and regulatory updates.

2. Collaborative Problem-Solving:

• Work closely with technology teams to facilitate risk discussions.
• Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies tailored to specific risks.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and conduct periodic audits and reviews.

4. Issue Resolution and Follow-Up:

• Identify and escalate risks when necessary.
• Track and ensure timely resolution of issues through regular follow-up meetings.

5. Strategic Guidance:

• Provide strategic support to technology teams to balance innovation with effective risk management practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk and compliance (1st line).
• Expertise in risk identification, documentation, debate, and escalation.

• Familiarity with access management and application management in a technology setting.
