Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer care and IT support via phone/chat in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshoot MS applications, proprietary systems, and hardware/software issues.
  • Document tickets accurately and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Meet performance targets and core quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, VPN, and Cisco AnyConnect.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like Remedy is a plus.
