Pay Rate: $28 - $31/hour

Duration: 6 months, with a possible extension
 
Job Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Will work with invoicing of Clinical Studies Payments.
  • Will need to process 15 to 20 invoices per week during training, and 20 to 30 per week thereafter.
  • Training is based on how quickly the person learns and typically takes about 2-3 months if they understand the systems used, MS teams, and accounting.
  • Looking at contracts, matching invoices to contracts, identifying compliance issues, ability toggling between multiple applications such as Concur, SAP, and CDO systems; supporting external audits, pulling reports, conducting internal clinical study audits, etc.
  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience within a clinical environment/office setting.
  • Education Required: Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Clinical Studies.
  • Communication verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Invoicing process and analysis
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must know MS Office/use of computer
  • Highly Preferred work experience within a clinical office environment/setting.
