Must Haves

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • 6+ years of true Project Manager
  • Not looking for background as a Scrum Master/Program Manager/etc.
  • Understanding tollgates
  • Change Management experience at Bank
  • Agile & Waterfall experience
  • JIRA Knowledge
  • Change Governance knowledge
  • Strong PM knowledge, ability to lead a team and drive to results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of the TPAS tool
