Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
  • Design and implement efficient data analytics solutions to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance web applications using Django and Flask.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and tools to extend functionality and improve system performance.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Python-based systems.
  • Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Document processes, solutions, and code.
  • Engage in system design, architecture, and technical discussions to deliver robust solutions.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Proven experience with Data Analytics and the ability to work with large datasets and perform data manipulation.
  • Expertise in Django and Flask for building web applications.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience writing complex SQL queries.
  • Solid experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like MatplotlibSeaborn, or other relevant libraries is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWSAzure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with PandasNumPy, and other Python libraries for data processing.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
