Position Details:

Title: Operations Specialist I

Location: Fort Washington, PA 19034 - Fully Onsite

Pay rate: $21 - $23/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Handle payments, endorsements, coverage changes, and cancellations of individual insurance policies
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and up to date information
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies
• Assist in reporting insurance claims and provide support to clients throughout the claims process
• Prepare and review insurance documents for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with East partners, Call Center team, Accounting Operations, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Education Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Valid P&C Producer License in the state of Pennsylvania required

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have excellent email writing and Outlook skills
• Technical skills required include attention to detail, back office processing, client communication, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and P&C Producer License
