Senior IAM Systems Engineer

Project Name: IAM – MRA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with the team who are presently working on various access management related activities.
• Responsible for providing guidance and coordinating with various App teams and their managers/leads to get the required work completed.

Program/Technology/Software

• Good understating and knowledge of identity and access management concepts.
• How applications authenticate and a good architectural understanding of the IAM process along with Project Management skills.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MS Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Expertise in IAM concepts and logical access management.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and recertification.
• Understanding of Entra ID, Kerberos, SAML, OKTA and OAuth authentication mechanisms.
• Ability to create clear and concise end user documents/guidance for IAM related processes (i.e. certification), using tools like MS Visio.
• Provide timely and accurate management reporting.

Nice-to-have:

CISSP, CISM, CRISC, MS Certified - IAM

• Strong ability to explain IAM and SSO concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including engaging with vendors and internal teams.
• Experience documenting requirements, tracking project milestones, and managing version control for IAM documentation as systems evolve.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and change management processes to ensure IAM systems align with organizational security policies.
• Experience in working closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business needs and adhere to internal policies.
