Job Summary:
As an Operations Specialist I, you will respond to client inquiries via email or chat regarding new and renewal insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, including coverage questions and assisting with new business/renewal inquiries.
  • Strong writing and reading comprehension skills are required as all requests are handled via email.
  • Policy Processing
  • Client Management
  • Ensure all operations comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Claims Support
  • Documentation

License:

  • Valid P&C Producer License in the state of Pennsylvania required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance operations or a related field.
