Basic Qualifications:

  • Agile experience required (overall process, writing stories, collaborating with others to refine backlog)
  • Proven business analyst experience of gathering, implementing, and sustaining business capabilities for custom and off-the shelf technology platforms
  • Experience with technology documentation practices such as requirements, meeting/ session notes, and status updates
  • Demonstrated collaboration and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Human Resource functions and industry platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday
